Dassel Cokato Public Schools is looking to add a Color Guard Instructor to their Marching Band Program.
Responsibilities

Assist the advisor in all aspects of program development

Attend all practices and parades

Teach Color Guard fundamentals, techniques, and performance skills for all aspects of parades

Work with the Marching Band Instructor to understand, refine, and help teach drill to the band

Help maintain equipment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Color Guard performance and experience

Understanding of traditional and contemporary parade style and aesthetics

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
