We are looking for established residential cleaning companies or teams to provide high-quality home cleaning services in Arlington, Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, and nearby Maryland areas.
We handle client bookings and administrative coordination, so your team can focus on delivering excellent service.
Work Availability:
Approximately 30–35 cleaning jobs per month, based on your team’s capacity.
Compensation:
Per-project payment. Typical earnings range from $40–$60 per hour equivalent, depending on job type, scope, and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of residential cleaning experience as a company or team
- Reliable transportation and ability to cover assigned areas
- Own cleaning equipment and supplies
- Valid EIN and general liability insurance
