Pay: $15.00-$20.00/hour (including tips!)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble menu items following established recipes and quality standards.
- Take customer orders with a friendly attitude, ensuring quick service and satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace, including food handling areas and dining surfaces.
- Manage cash register operations, processing cash transactions and handling cash safely.
- Support upselling efforts by recommending menu items and specials to boost sales.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions.
- Experience with food preparation, food safety management, and kitchen equipment operation is desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness.
