Overview of the Position
The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada is seeking a Term Law Clerk to work for Hilary L. Barnes. Although Judge Barnes maintains chambers in both Reno and Las Vegas, this is a full-time position based in Reno. In certain circumstances, remote work may be permitted. The position may also require occasional travel between Reno and Las Vegas.
