These positions offer flexibility in scheduling and support for diverse caseloads across several welcoming campuses.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold a current SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
- Previous school-based experience is highly desirable
- Ability to manage caseloads of approximately 70-100 students
- Familiarity with providing services to developmental preschool through middle school populations
- Collaborative mindset for consulting and coordinating with instructional staff and support aides (SLA support available or discussed per assignment)
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in alignment with IEP goals
- Assess, plan, and implement intervention strategies for a broad range of communication disorders
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes
- Engage with parents, teachers, and staff to support student success
- Adjust to placements at multiple sites, with flexible daily schedules and lunch breaks
