What You’ll Do:
- Lead the technical direction and execution of advanced engineering and R&D initiatives within the Innovation Center, supporting new product development from concept through production.
- Guide, mentor, and develop a team of engineers while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Manage complex engineering projects, including timelines, technical requirements, budgets, milestones, and production transitions.
- Drive product development activities including concept development, prototyping, testing, validation, and implementation of new technologies.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to transition innovative designs and processes into successful production solutions.
- Identify and implement advanced technologies, engineering methods, and manufacturing improvements to support future growth and customer needs.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field with 7+ years of engineering experience in NPD, R&D, or advanced manufacturing environments.
- Proven engineering leadership experience managing technical teams, developing talent, and driving complex engineering initiatives.
- Strong background leading products from concept through prototype, qualification, and production launch.
- Advanced understanding of engineering principles, product development processes, design methodologies, and manufacturing integration.
- Experience with 3D CAD and PDM systems, with preference for SolidWorks experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to lead complex technical challenges and make sound engineering decisions.
- Experience supporting prototype development, testing, validation, and precision manufacturing environments.
Pay: $190,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
