We are currently hiring in the state of Texas and the state of Oklahoma (OKC, Tulsa, and Ada).
The Mortgage Loan Officer/Team Lead (MLO) proactively solicits residential mortgage business and sells CCB mortgage products to meet established loan quality and production goals. In this on-going sales role, the MLO continually identifies, develops and maintains a quality network of business relationships that serves as a recurring source of referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities. The MLO’s network may consist of real estate professionals, builders, professional and personal contacts, as well as other valuable referral sources, and is enhanced by regular participation in business related development opportunities, community efforts to promote homeownership and professional organizations. As a Team Lead, the MLO will be responsible for the effective performance, management, training and support of their team of Loan Officers. The MLO Team Lead will also work closely with HR to recruit and hire team members.
STATEMENT OF EXPECTATIONS

Maintain production levels commensurate with established business plan
Promptly respond to all inquiries and online applications resulting from CCB's extensive marketing efforts.
Maintain a clean pipeline with an organized follow-up program and clear communication relative to locks, closing dates, extensions, etc.
Through a program of business development calls, establish an effective network of mortgage referral sources such as realtors, contractors, tribal authorities, financial planners, accountants, etc.
Conduct sales and training meetings on new and existing programs with realtors, builders and tribal direct contacts
Maintain loan compliance through timely and accurate preparation of required initial disclosures and re-disclosures
Take detailed loan applications, turn in complete files to processing team
Assist the processing team and help resolve problems as needed
Conduct interviews with prospective borrowers to analyze financial and credit data, determine customer financing objectives, advise customers of product/pricing policies and guidelines, and gather any additional required information
Consult as needed with customers and bank officers regarding mortgage loan programs, loan rates, and general qualifying requirements
Identify appropriate opportunities to refer and cross-sell additional banking products
Maintain current and thorough knowledge of all lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
Ensure exceptional customer experience by overseeing loan process from origination to close and providing on-going communication to customers and business partners
Achieve production goals as established by CCB
Work closely with HR to recruit, interview, and hire team members
Engage in networking activities to recruit and hire new team members
Ensure employee training, ongoing coaching, and performance management of team member MLOs.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform other duties as assigned
Set up and attend outside marketing events including trade shows, festivals, etc.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May require some travel.

High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Minimum of 5 years Mortgage Lending experience with recent proven production record required
Management/supervisory experience preferred
