The Position
We're looking for someone who already has dental assisting experience and can confidently work alongside the dentist and dental team.
Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting during dental procedures
- Preparing operatories and instruments
- Taking dental radiographs
- Sterilization and infection-control procedures
- Preparing dental materials and instruments
- Assisting with restorative and other dental procedures
- Patient seating and dismissal
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Treatment room setup and breakdown
- Laboratory case preparation
- Maintaining clean, organized, and stocked operatories
- Providing patients with a comfortable and positive experience
- Working closely with the dentist and dental team
What We're Looking For
Previous dental assisting experience is required.
The ideal candidate is:
- Dependable and punctual
- Professional and personable
- Experienced in chairside dental assisting
- Comfortable working directly with the dentist
- Familiar with dental terminology and procedures
- Experienced with dental X-rays
- Knowledgeable about sterilization and infection control
- Organized and detail-oriented
- A strong team player
- Friendly and compassionate with patients
- Interested in a long-term position
Eaglesoft experience is a plus.
