Position Summary:
A General Manager is responsible for client acquisition and client retention. You will be in charge of sales of clients for different membership packages, along with making sure those clients are staying. The objective is to get baseball and softball players game-ready. Daily tasks will include reviewing game video, calling/scheduling leads, making sales, and building players' confidence through results.

Experience:
Prior coaching experience is not required, however playing at the high school, collegiate or professional level is a must. Will train the candidate on proper sales techniques.
Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 3 PM-10 PM, Saturdays 10 AM-3 PM.

Salary: $48,000.00 plus monthly bonus opportunities
