Greeting customer showing them where they’ll sit, taking orders from table, checking on customers for orders or drinks refill, somedays you’ll make your own drinks if bartender is off , some days you’ll have to bring your food from kitchen if food runner is off, make sure all tables clean at all time and cleaning the bar at the end of the night also during the shift if not being busy
