With Florida’s booming pet population, the demand for our high-utility sanitation programs is skyrocketing. We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Sales Representative assistant will help to hunt for new business and drive revenue growth across Broward County.
The Role
You will act as the primary salesperson assistant for his business, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal. Your time will be focused on assisting the management to execut targeted field campaigns for residential neighborhoods and help pitching commercial accounts like property managers and HOA board directors.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Acquisition: Assist the management to proactively prospect, qualify, and close contracts with new residential clients and lucrative B2B commercial accounts (HOAs, apartment complexes, parks, and veterinary facilities).
- Property Consultations: Asssist the sales representative to perform on-site property assessments to design and present compelling service proposals that highlight the environmental and health benefits of DoodyCalls' programs.
- Relationship Building: Assist the representative to conduct cold outreach and in-person property visits to build rapport with property managers and community decision-makers.
- Pipeline Management: Track sales activities, log leads, and assist the representative pipeline efficiently using our sales tracking software.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Sales Track Record: 2–3+ years of experience in sales, field sales, or route-based sales assistant (experience in pest control, lawn care, property management, or waste services is a plus).
- Hunter Mentality: A self-motivated salesperson who loves the thrill of assisting the representative to prospect, and close deals.
- Florida Market Familiarity: Understanding of local neighborhood structures, high-density pet communities, and regional HOA dynamics.
- Valid Driver’s License: Reliable transportation .
