Job Responsibilities:
- Perform Maintenance on all types of production equipment with limited supervision
- Troubleshoot plastic injection molding presses
- Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical maintenance to equipment as needed
- Perform preventative maintenance on plastic injection molds.
- Responsible for the care, use and security of maintenance tools, parts, and supplies
- Follow all company safety and quality requirements
Job Requirements:
- Ability to use and understand precision measuring tools and equipment
- Requires good communication and technical skills along with paying attention to detail
- Experience with industrial maintenance is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate
- Experience with plastic injection molds a plus but willing to train the right candidate.
- Experience working in a machine shop a plus.

Due to customer demand, we have quickly grown to a 38-injection molding press operation. HB Molding is housed in a 50,000 sq. ft. production facility and we just recently expanded with an additional facility!
