Inventory Specialist – Supply Chain (Warehouse Data Entry)

Pay: $52,000–$68,000/year, depending on experience

Position Overview
We're hiring an Inventory Specialist to keep our inventory records accurate and audit-ready. You'll enter, verify, and reconcile inventory transactions across company systems — supporting the accuracy of assets valued in the millions. This is a hands-on, detail-driven data entry and documentation role, not an analytics, planning, or supply chain management position.
What You'll Do
- Enter inventory transactions accurately into company inventory systems
- Update records for receipts, transfers, adjustments, and stock movements
- Review inventory reports and flag missing or incorrect data
- Verify inventory documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Support cycle counts with documentation and data entry
- Record adjustments as directed by management
- Research basic discrepancies and report findings
- Maintain organized electronic and paper inventory files
- Prepare routine inventory reports and spreadsheets
- Support warehouse and purchasing teams with record updates
Required Qualifications
- 2+ year of experience in inventory, warehouse, data entry, or administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas) and inventory/ERP software
- High attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, detail-heavy tasks
- Strong written communication for documentation and reporting
- Ability to work on-site in Farmers Branch, TX
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business, logistics, or related field a plus (not required)
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with cycle counts or physical inventory audits
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Prior experience in food service, retail, or CPG supply chain
