About Us: At Brothers IN Sanitation, we are a new, locally owned garbage bin cleaning company dedicated to keeping our community’s neighborhoods clean, safe, and odor-free. We are in the early stages of our business and are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on partner to help us build this company from the ground up.
The Role: We are looking for a dynamic Business Operator who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. In this unique "wear-all-hats" role, you will be the face of our company. Your mission is twofold: operate our bin-cleaning equipment to deliver top-notch service to our early clients, and actively hunt for new customers to grow our routes.
As the customer base grows, your role will evolve. You are helping us build the foundation, with the goal of eventually transitioning into a leadership/management role as we scale and hire dedicated route technicians.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Service Operations: Drive the service vehicle, operate the cleaning equipment (pressure washers, hoists, etc.), and thoroughly clean, sanitize, and deodorize residential and commercial garbage bins.
- Customer Acquisition: Actively promote the business through local outreach. This includes passing out flyers, knocking on doors, networking with HOAs, and posting on local community social media pages to generate leads.
- Customer Service: Communicate with customers, handle scheduling, answer questions, and ensure 100% satisfaction to build a loyal client base.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic daily checks and maintenance on the truck and cleaning equipment to ensure everything runs smoothly.

- Reliable & Independent: We need someone who is highly organized, punctual, and can manage their own day without being micromanaged.
- Requirements: Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record. Must be able to physically lift/move heavy bins. Experience in sales, route-based services, or power washing is a huge plus, but not required!
