This position is for a SEASONED and EXPERIENCED Maintenance Technician. The applicant should be seen as a "go to" technician for the challenging problems and can manage small tech teams to address property repairs and projects. Compensation will be based on experience.
Plumbing
- Repair frozen/broken water lines
- PVC stack (non-permit) repairs
- Sink, bathtub/showers and kitchen plumbing
- Built-in Dishwasher and gas stove Installation
- Hot water tank installation
Electrical
- Install Built-in-Microwave
- Change/repair outlets/switches and run wiring (outside of the box)
- Ceiling fan and light fixture installation
- GFI Repair
- Change Fuese
- Change outlets and light switches
Carpentry
- Deck Repairs
- Window Repairs/Installation
- Cabinet repairs/Installation
- Door repairs/installation
- Flooring Repairs/installation
- Fence Repairs
Physical Performance:
- Be able to lift and carry 30 lbs without physical impairment
- Climb Ladder
Communication:
EXCELLENT interpersonal skills

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
