Join the team at Green Mountain Inn!
The Bellman reports to the Guest Services Manager and Lodging Manager. Their primary function is to assist other staff in guest satisfaction.
This takes the form of:
- walking the property providing spot-tidying of common areas
- delivering daily amenities and gifts
- making rounds to keep property in good shape
- assisting guests with luggage and special requests
- assisting with minor maintenance requests
- helping other departments with special requests
This shift works from 2:30 to 10PM and is expected to work weekends and holidays as necessary. This job requires a significant amount of walking.
You'd be good for this job if you have/are:
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- A friendly attitude
- Clean-cut, presentable appearance and good grooming
- Very attentive and be able to think on your feet
- Extremely agile as the job demands speed and efficiency in its execution
