Role Description
As a CNC Maintenance Technician, you will ensures optimal manufacturing productivity by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on CNC machinery. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues, replace worn parts, and edit software parameters, requiring strong technical knowledge, schematic reading skills, and industrial experience.
Schedule: 4 pm to 2 am Monday - Thursday
July 6, 2026 we are moving to 2 pm to 10 pm Monday - Friday
Core Responsibilities
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance on CNC machines to prevent downtime.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and fix hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical, and software issues.
- Machine Diagnostics: Interpret error codes, alarms, and system diagnostics to resolve problems.
- Technical Documentation: Read blueprints, electrical schematics, and machine manuals to perform repairs.
- Documentation & Safety: Log maintenance work orders and keep work areas clean.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Experience: 4+ years of experience with industrial machinery or CNC machines.
- Aptitude: High proficiency in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Tools: Experience with electrical test equipment and precision tools.
- Education: High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in industrial maintenance or related field is often preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and bend regularly.

- Flexibility: availability for weekend work or extended hours to support production

- Experience in Industrial Maintenance
- Hands-on mechanical skills and knowledge

- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
