We are seeking a skilled and dedicated landscaper to join our team and contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of our clients' outdoor spaces. As a landscaper, your primary responsibilities will include cutting grass, weed wacking, and blowing off grass clippings. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients' lawns are well-manicured and aesthetically pleasing.
Responsibilities:
- Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers to maintain and cut grass effectively and efficiently.
- Perform weed wacking tasks to trim and edge around trees, fences, and other landscape features.
- Use blowers to clear grass clippings and debris from walkways, driveways, and other areas.
- Ensure that equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and fueled.
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly.
- Assist with other landscaping tasks as required, such as planting, mulching, pruning, and watering plants.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscaping or a related field is preferred, but we are also open to training motivated individuals.
- Familiarity with operating lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment.
- Basic knowledge of lawn care techniques, including grass cutting, edging, and weed control.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
