About Cornerstone Family Strategies
Cornerstone Family Strategies is a rapidly growing financial services firm dedicated to transforming how individuals, families, and business owners approach financial planning with clarity and confidence. Our work is grounded in education and long-term strategy, not transactions. We’re looking for ethically driven professionals to help clients organize their finances, improve cash flow, address tax inefficiencies, protect assets, and pursue sustainable wealth-building and legacy goals.
We collaborate with a nationwide network of over 190 of the top financial institutions and professional partners, providing access to over 3,000 solutions across banking, insurance, and securities. In addition, we work alongside CPAs, estate planning attorneys, real estate professionals, mortgage specialists, and numerous other professionals to ensure each client receives coordinated, well-rounded guidance. This collaborative model allows us to deliver holistic financial strategies tailored to individual goals and dreams.
The Role
As a Financial Strategist, you will serve as a trusted guide for clients seeking structure and direction in their financial lives. You will begin by understanding each client’s current situation and then help design a strategy aligned with their personal and professional objectives. The role emphasizes education, transparency, and long-term relationships.
You will help clients understand key financial principles that most people are never taught, like how money grows, how taxation impacts outcomes, and how different financial tools can be used effectively over time, all within a clearly defined planning framework.
Key Areas of Focus
Using our structured planning process, you will educate and support clients in:
- Improving cash flow and financial organization
- Establishing and maintaining appropriate emergency reserves
- Addressing debt and credit considerations
- Implementing asset and income protection strategies
- Building long-term wealth with intention
- Planning for future legacy and succession needs
For individuals interested in leadership, there are opportunities to mentor others and contribute to team development.

- At least 18 years of age
- Resident of the U.S., Canada, or Puerto Rico
- Able to pass a background check and complete state required licensing exam
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, coachable, and motivated to learn
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team
