We are a Wendy's franchise group operating 16 local restaurants. Looking for GM candidates in the Greater Nashville, Tullahoma, Decherd, and Fayetteville, TN areas. Responsibilities:
- Have strong customer experience skills greeting and assisting all customers.
- Have strong communication skills and work well with crew members, supervisors, other assistant managers and store managers.
- Cashier experience with the ability to reconcile cash, complete manual and computer-based paperwork and forms, and monitor and maintain quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Help lead shifts, motivate crew members, assist with interviewing and training new hires, and manage other tasks required in the restaurant.
Qualifications:
- Must have previous leadership, management, or supervisor experience to be eligible
- Previous Assistant Manager, General Manager, or Store manager background required
- Fast food is preferred.
- Must be 18 years or older to apply and be considered for the position.
- Must have valid driver's license with reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
