Xincon Home Health Care Services is actively hiring Spanish-speaking and bilingual Spanish/English PCA/HHA aides to join our growing home care team.
Cases are available now. Qualified aides may start working quickly after onboarding.

Requirements
Active PCA or HHA certification required
Spanish-speaking or bilingual Spanish/English preferred
Basic English communication ability preferred
Authorized to work in the United States
Compassionate, reliable, and dependable
Able to follow patient care plans and agency policies
Pay
Competitive pay: $19.65 – $22.19 per hour
Pay rate may vary based on case assignment, location, benefit selection, and applicable program requirements.

Job Responsibilities
Assist with Activities of Daily Living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
Assist with safe transfers, ambulation, and simple range-of-motion activities as assigned in the care plan
Provide incontinence care and non-sterile skin care as directed
Provide medication reminders, without independent medication administration
Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation essential to patient care
Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse
Accurately document services provided in accordance with Medicaid and agency requirements
Follow infection control, HIPAA, and agency policies at all times
