Overview
The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, answering calls, and assisting clients and staff with administrative support. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Creole is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings
- Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and office correspondence
- Maintain the reception area in an organized and welcoming manner
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish required; Creole is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with legal case management software is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
