Mechanic
Compensation: Approx. $22.00 –$26.00/hr

Role Overview
As a Mechanic, you will handle a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks, including:
- Brake system repairs and rotor/drum machining
- Suspension work (shocks, struts, control arms, etc.)
- Wheel alignments and steering repairs
- Replacement of under-hood components such as belts, hoses, radiators, alternators, and water pumps
- Tire mounting, dismounting, and balancing
- Oil changes and routine preventative maintenance
- Battery testing, installation, and related electrical checks
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of professional mechanical repair experience
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical tasks regularly
- Strong skills in brakes, suspension, steering, and alignments
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Motivated to grow into diagnostic or leadership roles
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to work weekends and peak business hours as needed
