We are currently seeking a caring, dependable, and motivated Infant Teacher or Infant Teacher Aide to join our infant program serving children 0 to 18 months old.
This position is ideal for someone who loves working with babies, values meaningful relationships, and understands that responsive, attentive care lays the foundation for a child's future success.
We are currently looking for someone available Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, though additional hours may become available and scheduling can be flexible for the right candidate.

Qualifications
- Experience working with infants or young children is strongly preferred
- A minimum of 12 ECE units is preferred
- Candidates who do not yet have 12 ECE units may still apply but must be willing to enroll in approved ECE coursework within two weeks of hire and complete the required units within their first six months of employment
- Infant/Toddler coursework is preferred
- Dependable, nurturing, and emotionally grounded
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning
- French speaking is not required but is considered a plus

Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and nurturing care for infants throughout the day
- Support feeding, diapering, sleeping, and daily care routines
- Engage infants in developmentally appropriate sensory and exploratory experiences
- Observe and document developmental milestones and daily activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
- Build trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Communicate daily updates to families through our communication app
- Follow licensing regulations and school policies
- Collaborate closely with lead teachers and the administrative team
- Help create a calm, loving, and responsive environment where infants can thrive
About the Role
This is an in-person position beginning at approximately 25 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–2:30 PM), with the possibility of additional hours in the future.
