Key Responsibilities

Keep the bar fully stocked, clean, and organized during service

Assist bartenders and restaurant staff during busy shifts

Learn and perform oyster shucking safely and efficiently

Maintain cleanliness and order in bar and raw bar areas

Support the team to ensure smooth and timely service
