- Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on passenger vehicles, light trucks, semi-trucks, and industrial equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on semi-trucks and trailers, including:
- HVAC systems
- Brakes
- Steering & suspension
- Preventive maintenance (PM) inspections
- Drivetrain components
- Electrical systems
- Utilize and maintain Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS).
- Assist with inventory tasks, including loading, unloading, and physical counts.
- Participate in ongoing training and follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Experience with heavy-duty or commercial tires preferred (not required).
- Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs, with or without mechanical assistance.
- Capable of performing physically demanding work, including repetitive motion and working in various conditions (awkward positions, vibration, etc.).
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Overtime may be required.
