Auto City Fresno is looking to add 2 experienced automotive sales professionals to our growing team. If you're motivated, bilingual in English and Spanish, and have a proven track record of selling vehicles, we want to meet you.
We are not looking for beginners. We're looking for professionals who know how to build relationships, follow up with customers, close deals, and make great money.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
- Follow up on internet, phone, and showroom leads
- Build long-term relationships and earn repeat business
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Negotiate and close sales professionally
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and customer follow-up
- Work with the finance department to ensure a smooth delivery process
- Help maintain an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience required
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work weekends
- Valid driver's license
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
