As a Pull Count Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and security of the casino’s monetary transactions. You’ll handle the collection and counting of cash from gaming machines, prepare detailed reports, and keep everything running smoothly and in compliance with regulations. JOB PURPOSE
This position is responsible for all aspects of the drop and count, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulation of the Gaming commission, Federal and State laws governing monetary transactions and company policies, procedures and controls.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assists in slot drop pick-ups, table games drops, counting money.
- Prepares various reports, transfer sheets.
- Held accountable to a high degree for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
- Maintains the highest level of confidentiality.
- Initiates and maintains communication with subordinates, employees, management, and other departments in facilitating the flow of information throughout the property.
- Deal tactfully with guests when handling unexpected situations, finding solutions that ensure customer satisfaction with minimal financial impact on Casino operations.
- May be required to perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS

- High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to count and regularly work with money.
- Basic computer skills, Internet Explorer, Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Work, Excel).
- Ability to read, write and understand English.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business demands.
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, management, and guests.
LANGUAGE AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Ability to prepare, read, and interpret documents; write reports and correspondence; and speak and communicate effectively with individuals and before groups of people.
- Ability to compose grammatically correct documents.
- Ability to verbally communicate using appropriate English standards of language.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts and perform mathematical functions applicable to business needs.
LICENSING
Must be able to qualify for any and all licenses or permits required by local, State, Federal and/or Wyandotte Nation law.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

5. Employee smoking is restricted to outside location and during break times.
6. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
7. The noise levels in the work environment are constant.
8. Ascend/descend flights of stairs to access office and break areas throughout work day.
9. Ability to sit, stand, and walk for entirety of shift as required to conduct normal assigned duties.
10. Efficiently function in an environment with blinking/blinding lights.
