We are seeking professional and dependable Unarmed Security Officers for a retail location in Tri-Cities, Washington. This role requires a strong security presence, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to perform both foot and mobile patrols.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the retail property
- Perform mobile patrols as assigned
- Provide visible deterrence against theft and safety concerns
- Monitor and report suspicious activity
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies
- Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports
- Deliver professional customer service to clients and visitors
Required Qualifications
- Active valid Washington State Security Guard License
- Valid Washington State driver’s license for at least three years
- Ability to safely operate a patrol vehicle
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must have open availability, including weekends
Preferred Experience
- Retail security experience
- Loss prevention experience
- Experience working in high-traffic environments
