Wanted: Clean, organized, professional line cook. Work well independently and as part of a team. Lead production and service of Garde Manger (Pantry) station for dinner service, 5 nights Wednesday - Sunday 2 pm - 10 pm. Make all dressing, cold sauces, precision cuts of vegetables, salads, plating of cold food, appetizers and desserts. Must be experienced in kitchen preparation and service.
