We are seeking a Pediatric Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with children, and brings both energy and professionalism to the team.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the doctor during pediatric dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and emergency care
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms in compliance with OSHA and CDC standards
- Take digital X-rays (as permitted by certification)
- Comfort and guide children through treatment with a calm, friendly, and confident demeanor
- Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and assist with charting
- Support team flow to ensure an efficient and positive patient experience
What We’re Looking For
- Prior dental assisting experience required (pediatric experience strongly preferred)
- X-ray certification (required)
- Strong communication skills—especially with children and families
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a strong plus
- Positive attitude, reliability, and team-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-energy environment
