A luxury, high rise Condo Association in Lakeview is currently seeking certified lifeguards to provide safety and excellent customer services to their residents around their rooftop pool. This is the perfect job for lifeguards that display excellent customer service and go above and beyond to make people feel special!

You MUST be available from Memorial Day weekend (Friday, May 22nd) through Labor Day weekend (September 7th). The season extends past Labor Day through to the end of September. This is an incredible opportunity at a fabulous, upscale building!
Position Details:
This pool is open Thursdays - Sundays starting Memorial Day weekend from 9am - 10pm.
Shifts are flexible: (10am -3pm; 3pm - 8pm Thus/Fri/Sun & 10am - 4pm; 4pm - 11pm Sat)
Starting at $16.60 Per Hour
Qualifications:
- You must be a certified Lifeguard with CPR/First Aid/AED and be able to present your valid certification card(s) OR attend & pass our certification course before the season begins
- You must be fun and willing to work in a team atmosphere!
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain participant safety through knowledge of and execution of preventative lifeguarding techniques and the courteous and consistent enforcement of policies, rules, and regulations governing the conduct of persons on the deck and in the water.
- Have knowledge of and ability to competently provide first aid for minor and/or major injuries as well as basic life support for all emergencies.
- Assist in the orientation of participants to the use of the aquatics facility, equipment, policies, and rules.
- Maintain cleanliness of the entire pool facility and anything else as directed.
- Maintenance, care, installation, and storage of a variety of pool equipment.
- Exemplify a professional attitude with regard to dress and personal hygiene; wear proper uniform at all times.
- Enforce rules as established by the condo building management and Board of Directors
- Properly check-in residents by viewing their building ID card, maintain log of all guests and collect their fee using the Square reader
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager
