Duties
- Erect metal buildings and frameworks using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring structural integrity and safety compliance
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and rebar installation to support foundational and structural elements
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute installation plans
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely for framing, roofing, siding, and other construction tasks
- Conduct masonry work including stucco, plastering, and bricklaying to enhance building aesthetics and durability
- Install siding, trim carpentry, woodwork, and metal stud framing to meet project specifications
- Support renovation and restoration projects by performing demolition, reinstallation, or modifications as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on metal building erection, concrete forming, or related fields
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation with safety awareness
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately for precise installation work
- Knowledge of construction management principles to coordinate tasks efficiently on-site
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces
- Familiarity with masonry techniques such as stucco application or bricklaying is preferred
- Valid certifications for heavy equipment operation or specialized trades are a plus but not mandatory
