Grace Pointe, a premier Senior Care Community located at 1919 68th Avenue in Greeley, CO, has an opening for a Staffing Coordinator. The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, maintaining and posting the employee schedules for the facility in accordance with state, company and facility guidelines to ensure that patient care and staffing needs are appropriately addressed, as well as assist with all administrative tasks for the nursing departments.
The wage range for this position starts at $24 per hour, and is based on years of experience. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm, with weekend coverage as needed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinates, reports, and posts schedules of hourly staff.

Maintains/Communicates staffing updates with supervisor as they arise.

Coordinate schedules and document changes utilizing the master schedule spreadsheet.

Will review and approve PTO requests in coordination with the nursing supervisor.

Will complete the attendance tracking forms

Accurately enters and maintains data relative to scheduling using company software programs.

Places orders for all nursing supplies.

On call every 6th weekend for nursing departments

Assist with coordination of transportation for resident medical appointments

Performs other administrative duties as assigned.
Certifications

QMAP Certification (preferred)

CNA License (preferred)

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
