Instructor/Consultant – Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Sologic LLC | Job Description
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Travel Required: ~75%, primarily within North America
Job Type: Full-time
About Sologic
Sologic provides collaborative problem-solving methods, expertise, and software to help clients improve safety, productivity, and quality while decreasing waste and reducing risk. We work with leading organizations around the world, including Amazon, United Airlines, Raytheon, the U.S. Navy, and many others. We take the work seriously; ourselves, less so. Expect sharp thinking, real curiosity, and the occasional bad pun in service of figuring out what actually happened.
Our mission: Create a world of solution-seekers with the ability to navigate uncertainty with confidence.
About the Role
The Instructor/Consultant is the entry point of Sologic's Instructor/Consultant career path. In this role, you'll deliver Sologic's established Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA) training to clients across industries and organizational levels, from front-line teams to senior leaders, using Sologic's proven methodology and Causelink software.
You'll operate independently in standard classroom and virtual delivery, with mentorship and guidance available as you build toward greater autonomy, advanced applications, and eventually content and business development partnerships. We're looking for someone who figures out how to get the job done rather than waiting to be told how, and who treats a client's problem as their own to solve.
At Sologic, we work in a collaborative, creative, and intellectually curious environment where everyone contributes ideas and solutions. The right person here is a self-starter: someone who takes ownership without being asked twice and doesn't need to be managed, but who brings that same energy to the people around them. We're looking for someone who's genuinely invested in the team, enjoys continuous learning, and brings energy and professionalism to every interaction.

- Willingness and ability to travel ~75%, primarily within North America (occasional international travel).
