B&N Traffic Group Lead Responsibilities:

Managing and overseeing our traffic projects

Serving as a go-to expert, providing technical guidance and support on traffic studies and design projects

Leading project teams, developing innovative design approaches, and ensuring seamless project and task management

Keeping a close eye on project finances, including invoicing, budget management, and financial reporting

Driving business growth by developing and executing marketing and client relations strategies for the traffic section

Nurturing the professional growth of staff through training, coaching, and mentorship
Skills & Qualifications:
-
A Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET-accredited civil engineering program.

10 + years of experience in traffic engineering, prior experience on GDOT projects is required. Local government experience in Georgia is desirable.

Professional Engineer (PE) registration in the State of Georgia or eligibility for registration through reciprocity

Strong leadership skills with prior experience in staff management and project oversight

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with proficiency in MS Office Suite and Bluebeam/Adobe Pro

Self-motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools
