Horizon Forest Products is the distributor of Impressions Flooring Collection and offers customers over 75 years of industry experience and one of the most comprehensive inventories of pre-finished and unfinished hardwood flooring, floor equipment, abrasives, finishes, fasteners, and accessories in the mid-Atlantic and Texas region.
We are looking for a highly motivated self-started with excellent selling and organizational skills to join and thrive on our sales team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Stocks and maintains inventory of show room
- Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers
- Assisting customers with queries
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales
- Focus sales efforts by planning and preparing for sales calls through research of products
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on competing products
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, and logistics
- Supplies management with reports on customer’s needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services
- Learns and maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational schools and seminars
Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma
- High attention to detail
- Ability to speak both English & Spanish a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Able to pass a background check and drug test
