Construction Laborer – Commercial Concrete Repair & Coatings
Job Summary
Utah Coatings Company is looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our growing team. We specialize in commercial concrete restoration, repairs, coatings, and floor preparation throughout Utah. Every project is different, so no two days are the same.
We’re looking for people who show up on time, work hard, learn quickly, and take pride in doing quality work. Experience is great, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are even more important.

What You’ll Do
- Concrete crack, spall, and joint repairs
- Surface preparation using grinders and other equipment
- Concrete patching and restoration
- Epoxy, urethane, and specialty coating installation
- Joint sealant and caulking installation
- Waterproof deck coating systems
- Concrete polishing, densifying, and sealing
- Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment
- Operate hand tools, power tools, grinders, vacuums, and other construction equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety procedures and company quality standards
- Work as part of a team to complete commercial projects on schedule
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (hours may vary depending on the project)
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Construction experience is preferred but not required
- Experience with grinders, coatings, concrete repair, caulking, or commercial construction is a plus
Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay: $22+ per hour, depending on experience
