We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join our dynamic team located in Highland Park, NJ. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and implementing effective strategies. This position requires a blend of strategic planning, sales acumen, and project management skills to enhance our market presence and foster customer loyalty. All Staffing Warehousing offers a Lumper Service and Staffing Service. ASW have been in business over 17 years and our business continues to grow.
We operate out of 3 offices with our corporate office located in Bensalem, Pennsylvania.
We specialize in Warehouse workers and Production workers from Temp, to Temp to Perm, and Direct Hire employees as well as providing Container Unloading/Loading services.
**Valid Driver's License is a Must**
Duties:
-50% of the time will be focused on outside sales.
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the staffing industry with a focus on warehouses and/or manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and accounts
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Provide ongoing account management and support to existing clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Experience:
- Proven experience in B2B sales preferably in the staffing industry.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of successful sales growth
- Previous experience in outside sales, inside sales and account management preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
We offer competitive compensation packages, including a base salary plus commission.
Weekly travel reimbursement and company cell phone will be provided.
