Coffee Shop Hiring BARISTAS & CASHIERS
Kuppi Coffee Company is a specialty coffee shop located on the banks of the Hudson River in Edgewater, NJ. We are looking for friendly, responsible people with a passion for great service at register and barista positions. A passion for coffee is a plus but a team oriented attitude is a must.
Part time and full time positions available. NO SEASONAL HELP - we are specifically looking for people able to continue working past the summer season.
Hiring mainly counter staff. Barista positions are offered to those with a strong background in specialty coffee (i.e. knowledgable in extraction theory, latte art, measuring TDS, etc). Barista training is offered to counter staff who have shown strong initiative and interest in coffee.
Must be available on weekends.
Requirements:
- A flexible schedule (mornings AND nights). Weekend availability REQUIRED.
- Must be friendly, clean, and hardworking.
- Must be able to work in a FAST-PACED environment.
Compensation is based on experience. Base pay is $14 before tips, which are on average $6-9 per hour.
