Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert behavioral therapy services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. As a Remote BCBA, you will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, conduct patient assessments, and ensure the delivery of high-quality care through data-driven strategies. Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to inform treatment strategies.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide training and support to direct service staff and caregivers on applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques.
- Participate in intake processes for new clients and facilitate ongoing patient care coordination.
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy principles, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and special education practices.
- Experience with data collection methods and behavioral health documentation systems.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical records management.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining excellent communication skills.

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
