Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Social Services Director to lead and oversee our social service programs. In this vital role, you will champion the delivery of high-quality social services, foster meaningful relationships with clients, staff, and community partners, and ensure compliance. Your leadership will drive program development, staff supervision, and strategic initiatives that promote client well-being and community integration. Responsibilities
- Responsible for direction and oversight of the Social Services Department serving clients in need of child welfare, behavioral health, substance abuse disorders and other social services.
- Provides supervision of staff providing substance abuse treatment, children's services, elder care services, mental health assessment and treatment services, while providing intervention and support to Tribal/Community members and staff.
Requirements: Master's degree in social work or closely related field plus three (3) years post graduate experience, one of which is in program administration in social work. Minimum five (5) years' supervisory experience. Experience working with Tribes, grants and contracts preffered.
Full-time Exempt, excellent benefits, $60,074 - $79,898 annually, DOE. Must pass a background check, drug test and be insurable under the Tribe's auto insurance carrier. A state fingerprint clearance card may be required. Complete an application and email it to [email protected].
