Lamoille Health Partners, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to underserved populations, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Provider (MD/DO/NP or PA) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients up to age 18, including preventive care, acute care, and chronic disease management.

Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide patient education.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform minor procedures.

Collaborate effectively with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and behavioral health providers.

Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications:
Required:
-
MD/DO/NP or PA degree from an accredited program.

Current and unrestricted license to practice in Vermont.

5 years or more of experience working in a health center or hospital setting preferred.

Board certification in Pediatrics (MD/DO/NP/PA).

Current BLS/ACLS/PALS certification.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong clinical and problem-solving skills.

Commitment to serving underserved populations.

Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
Preferred:

Experience working in an FQHC or community health center setting.

Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems, specially eClinicalWorks.
