Assist Executive Director manage the day-to-day business, computer and communication functions, and supervision of the school/center and staff. This includes, but is not limited to, marketing activities, social media, family communications, accounts receivable and classroom budgets, and providing support to the leadership and staff at the center. Must be a kind, fun-loving personality that is proficient and comfortably interacting with families with young children and enjoys making a positive difference in their day. You will play a key role in creating and refining the center’s culture by supporting teachers and management build an environment where children, families, and staff thrive.
As a member of the management team you will: Champion highest standards and integrity of the center; helping to maintain professionalism and cleanliness. Ensure facilities are maintained and cleaned according to state regulations and company policies. Maintain organization and operation of center’s office systems, including student records in an orderly manner and in accordance with state and federal regulations and company standards. Maintain confidentiality at all times. Provide all necessary reports and paperwork as needed. Ensure all new hire paperwork is received and submitted in a timely manner. Monitor sign-in and sign-out procedures. Coordinate and distribute center correspondence. Maintain supplies and work with vendors to optimize expenses. Communicate regularly with and support Director, Assistant Director, and General Manager. Greet all visitors and ensure that all security standards are upheld. Assist parents and visitors with any questions or concerns. Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm for the Company, its mission, values, and philosophy. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with both internal and external customers. Partner with parents from enrollment to meeting the educational needs of their children. Respond to inquiries and work to optimize enrollment; scheduling tours and effectively communicating the advantages and value of the Center in a confident, positive and professional demeanor. Update weekly enrollment statistics and classroom attendance schedules. May substitute in classroom or other area as needed. Motivate staff to maximize collaboration, positivity, retention, and growth. Collaborate with center directors and staff to maintain day-to-day operations of the center. Manage staff schedule and scheduling conflicts. Manage your time as you support multiple classrooms and staff. Help Schedule/provide professional development opportunities for staff. Help resolve conflicts between children. Assist staff in communicating with parents. Nurture career aspirations and personal growth through ongoing training and support while building the best team and positive work environment.
