Graphic Design Focus, Based in Dallas, Texas, and Onsite
Newmark is seeking a skilled and execution-focused Senior Graphic Designer to support our Texas Field Marketing team, working across all service lines, including office, industrial, capital markets, and land. This role is ideal for a senior-level graphic designer who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and knows how to bring marketing concepts to life from the ground up.
About the Role
This is a design forward with real business impact. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality, customized deliverables that support new business pursuits, property marketing, and ongoing client engagement. Portfolio required upon application submission.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communication, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a design-intensive marketing role, ideally in commercial real estate or professional services.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and web-based project tools such as Monday.com and Microsoft Teams.
- Demonstrate ability to produce ground-up creative and execute under pressure.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple teams and business lines.
- Ability to take ownership, self-manage, and get things done in a high-volume, entrepreneurial environment.
