Core Responsibilities of Supervisor Assistant:
- Lead production operators to ensure production activities are performed safely
- Recognize roadblocks that prevent meeting goals and objectives and make suggestions
- Effectively communicate production adherence to schedule and staffing results
- Determine and communicate job assignments to production operators, maintain rotation matrix.
- Ensure operators are properly trained and certified on the equipment.
- Continuously support and encourage production operators to work as a team, be positive, grow their skills, and meet production line performance goals.
Assist the Production Supervisor in evaluating and coaching production operators
