Join our dedicated homecare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in a rewarding part-time or full-time role.

Seeking a qualified caregiver who can assist a MALE client in South Windsor.
You will be assisting with ADL's, Safety Supervision, Meal Prep, Medication Reminders, Companionship. This client is an avid card player. Are you up for a game of cards? We are looking for someone who is strong and can help this client re-gain his strength through PT and OT exercises.
Pay Rate: $18-$20/hour based off experience and availability.
Shifts:
Friday-Sunday 8am-11am (9 hours)
Monday-Friday 530pm-830pm (Thursdays off) (12 hours)
Saturday and Sunday 530pm-830pm (6 hours)
This case can be staffed with 1 person at 27 hours/week with Thursdays off.
OR can be staffed with 2 people.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized senior care by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.
- Provide companionship, meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation
- Assist with specialized care needs including dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, Parkinson's, etc.
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a CNA, HHA, or PCA preferred
- Experience working in homecare, nursing homes or facilities.
- Ability to work effectively with patients requiring specialized attention such as dementia or memory care patients
- Strong communication skills coupled with compassion and patience for working with individuals of all ages and abilities
- Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
