We are seeking to hire an experienced Medical Records to join our team.

Medical Records Expectations:
- Filing and Organization. Medical records clerks meticulously file and organize both physical and electronic patient records, ensuring they are readily accessible for healthcare providers.
- Data Entry and Maintenance. They input and update patient information into electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Confidentiality and Security. Medical records clerks are entrusted with maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive patient information, adhering to HIPAA regulations and facility policies.
- Record Retrieval. They are responsible for retrieving and releasing medical records as needed, including to patients, insurance companies, and other healthcare providers.
- Record Management. They may also be involved in archiving, culling, and destroying records according to established procedures.
- Assist with Audits and Investigations. Medical records clerks may provide documentation and assistance for audits and investigations as needed.

- Must be a self-starter able to work independently and efficiently
