Description
Under the direction of the Revenue Cycle Management Administrator, this role supports the Revenue Cycle Management team and associated vendors. The position focuses on financial and data analytics, billing inquiry follow-up, and documentation management. The role also provides customer service support for escalated billing issues while ensuring compliance with departmental objectives.
Essential Functions:

Develop and deliver financial and data analytics for leadership decision-making

Research and resolve billing inquiries and assigned work queues

Coordinate with clinic supervisors and managers on revenue cycle requests

Process billing-related mail and fax communications
-
Provide customer service for escalated billing questions

Participate in vendor management meetings
-
Maintain Medicare NCD and LCD lists

Maintain and update revenue cycle management documentation
-
Interact effectively with internal departments and external vendors
Qualifications
Education:

High School Diploma or GED
Technical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Financial and data analysis skills

Proficiency with analytical and reporting tools

Effective oral and written communication skills
