In this position, you will work very closely with the Ownership to oversee and manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the business. Specific duties will include but not limited to the following:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Service- Lead & Maintain a Positive Environment for all customers and their dogs when dropping off, picking up, checking out, and generally interacting with the team members of Little Paws of Hope.
- Operations- Ensure proper care, exercise, safety, and treatment of all dog guests.
- Employees- ongoing training of all team members.
- Facility- Oversee the daily cleaning and maintenance
- Financial- Revenue growth, Expense Control, and Profitability. Daily banking and bookkeeping.
- Perform related duties as assigned by Owner
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Must have experience with dogs.
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees.
- Must be able to work under pressure and make decisions, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and
- standard operating practices
- High school diploma required
- Bachelors or Associate degree preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
- Must have own car.
Pay
- $40, 000- $60,000 yearly, based on experience
